Outbound Training Program for PGDM Batch 2023-2025

The Outbound Training organised for the PGDM Batch 2023 – 2025 by Atharva School of Business was a huge success. As a part of the Induction Program, the Outbound Training included various activities that helped the students enhance their team bonding, leadership qualities, problem solving skills, decision making skills, etc.

The students were taken to Pali Beach Resort and Water Park where the students indulged in multiple activities and water sports. Outbound Training is an innovative approach to team building and personal development that utilises experiential learning, outdoor activities and adventure sports. By engaging in actual experience-based activities, students can develop greater understanding of themselves, their motivations, and how they interact within their peers.

The main objective of the training was to make the students experience their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills with the new faces that they would be spending time with, learning and growing, in times to come. The students returned with bag full of memories and looked forward to their new journey with excitement and enthusiasm.
